Account, settings & notifications

Before you start: Have access to your registered email and any enrolled sign-in verification device.

Actions depend on your school’s enabled modules, your permissions and the record’s current status.

1. Review your profile and security

Open the account menu → My profile.
Review your name, email, mobile number, account status and other displayed profile details.
Ask the school administrator to correct account details that are read-only. Parents can update permitted contact information through their portal Profile.
Use the MFA controls to enrol or manage sign-in verification, following the on-screen steps.
Keep recovery information in your approved secure storage and never include it in shared screenshots.

What to check: You have verified your account details and managed the available sign-in verification settings.

Open the bell in the top bar or the Notifications page.
Open a notification to review the related record, and use the available read-state controls.
Open Settings to choose the appearance setting, or use the top-bar theme menu.
Check your selection in the current view and after a reload.
Sign out when leaving a shared device.

What to check: Notifications lead to relevant work and your chosen theme persists.
